Running parallel was a programme of expert panel discussions covering everything from allergen-free innovation and ultra-processed foods to positive nutrition, sustainable formulation, culinary trends and much more.

This event will be taking place at the iconic Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground in the heart of Manchester. The large suites, panoramic views and on-site hotel make this unique venue the perfect stage for Tastes of Better.
Autumn event series
Food Matters Live returns to Manchester on 26-27 November to continue the Autumn series of Sustainable Sourcing.
In addition, we are pleased to announce that we will also be incorporating a two-day programme dedicated to Positive Nutrition: ingredients for health and wellbeing.
