A fantastic start to our 2024 programme

Kicking off the 2024 calendar, Food Matters Live Ascot connected over 450 industry professionals along the entire ingredient supply chain for a jam-packed agenda spanning multiple stages, featuring over 70 expert speakers, and offering a rich programme of panels, roundtables, market and technical insights combined with tastings.

Throughout the two days, our expert speakers came together to discuss, debate, and share insights on the issues that matter. Running in parallel, our Tastes of Better partners IFF, Daabon, Kalsec, and Kerry took attendees on a cross-category culinary adventure showcasing solutions in colour, taste, texture, and mouthfeel as well as better-for-you and sustainable reformulation.

Highlights

The conference itself was fascinating, particularly the session with IFF. Their latest technology, especially the advancements in sweetness and plant-based milk, left a lasting impression. The practical implementation showcased during the session made it even more engaging. Additionally, the discussions around AI and its impact on the industry were thought-provoking. The focus on sustainability was equally impressive.

Food Matters Live returns to Ascot on 8 – 9 October and will host the Autumn series of both Tastes of Better and Sustainable Sourcing.
